We are not a warehouse operation. Every order enters production as a drawing — which is why dimensions, seat depth, foam density and finish can be adjusted without re-tooling.
Kiln-dried timber & graded foam
Solid hardwood frames, moisture-controlled timber and density-selected foam. Fabric and leather are chosen against abrasion and use case.
Residential and commercial
Repeatable specifications, sample approval and staged delivery for hospitality, office and multi-unit residential fit-outs.
Serviceable by design
Removable covers and replaceable cushion cores mean a Pouffie piece can be refreshed instead of replaced.

How a Pouffie Order is Built
From measurement to installed piece
A transparent sequence — so buyers and specifiers know what is confirmed at every stage.
Space & brief
Room dimensions, access routes, seating count and intended use are recorded. Access width often determines frame construction.
Specification
Proportion, seat depth, foam density, timber species and cover material are confirmed against samples.
Bench production
Frames are jointed in solid hardwood, webbing tensioned, cushions cut to density and covers hand-fitted.
Check & delivery
Each piece is inspected, wrapped and delivered nationwide — with on-site placement for larger sectionals.

What we specify, and why it matters
Comfort is an outcome of construction, not of appearance. These are the decisions that determine how a piece holds its shape after the first year.
- Kiln-dried hardwood frames — moisture-controlled timber resists warping in humid tropical conditions.
- Density-matched foam cores — firmer for dining and office seating, softer layering for lounge depth.
- Reinforced joinery — corner blocking and dowelled joints at load points rather than staples alone.
- Performance covers — abrasion-rated fabrics and leathers selected for household or contract traffic.
